Dear Backers,

Last Friday all orders completed by December 2nd were shipped! A notification email with the tracking number has been sent accordingly.

We're so glad we were able to make it happen because we worked so hard to do everything on a very tight schedule!

As for expected delivery time - Although we can't know the delivery time for sure, we want to give some perspective:  US and EU backers are likely to get their game by next weekend! Other regions may take a bit longer, one to three weeks after shipping.

Orders completed after the 2nd will be fulfilled within a few days! You will receive an email notifying you as soon as the game has shipped.

Dear backers,

The Pledge Manager has officially launched 

For this project, we use Backerkit, which is a platform that many backers know. But even if this is your first time with Backerkit, you'll find it very simple.

It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don't need to create a Backerkit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you're all good to go! You will be able to provide shipping information, upgrade your pledge, and answer questions about your experience to help us improve.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://free-market-unique-board-game.backerkit.com/

When will the Pledge Manager be closed?

Because we would like to send out the game for you as soon as possible, you must complete the survey by Monday, December 2nd! It only takes a few minutes! Then, we will lock and export all completed orders.

If you were unable to complete the survey by the 2nd, don't worry, you can complete the survey in your time, as the pledge manager will be officially closed on December 10! But keep in mind that in this case, it will probably take longer to handle the shipment for you.

Spiel-Essen 2019 was great!
 

So Essen was a great experience, as always. We want to thank our dear backers, who visited our booth! It was a real pleasure to meet you!

We were extremely excited receiving all of this fantastic feedback for both of our board games (Heropath, and of course, Free Market). Here are some pics for you:

As you recall, we had a special offer for the $1 supporter; one will win a FREE copy. Now when we're back from Essen, we finally had the time to do the lottery! And the winner is... Shani - Congratulations!! 

Shipping Update

As for now, the games are still on their way. Our fingers are crossed that we'll be able to ship the games to all of the countries soon enough so they'll be received by Christmas!  We can't know for sure, but we're doing our best!

Get ready for the Pledge Manager

The pledge manager will be launch within a few days. We use Backerkit for this project. The significant advantage of using this platform is that many backers are familiar with their system, so the process should go nice and smoothly.

Amazing news about production & Essen 2019 !!

Dear backers, we're back with the best news for you! 🙌

Since we promised to provide you with the game before Christmas, we've been working really hard on the production lately. Before the campaign, we had all of the artwork ready for production, and as soon as we got funded, we started production right away!

Now the production is about to be finished, so we decided to fly some copies to Essen Spiel !!

That's mean that backers attending the fair will be able to collect their copy there and pay no shipping fee 💪

 We'd love to meet you at our booth – Hall 5, booth 5J111 

The rest of you will receive the game during November, US backers probably during December, but we'll keep you posted.

You'll soon receive a link to the pledge manager where you'll confirm your delivery address and pay shipping fees. You'll receive a detailed update upon the pledge manager launch.
